Cancellation Policy
Please read our cancellation policy carefully:
- A full refund will be provided for all cancellations made within 24 hours of booking or within 60+ days of arrival.
- Cancellation of stays within 30 to 60 days of arrival will be refunded minus a one night stay penalty or a full refund issued to a Thistledown on Oak gift card.
- If cancelling within 30 days of arrival, there will be no cash refunds. A full refund will be issued in the form of a Thistledown on Oak gift card.
*Please note all cash refunds will be issued in the form of the original payment method. Gift Cards expire one year from the date of issuance.
Reservations
- We accept reservations up to one year in advance.
- See booking details for minimum stay requirements.
- A credit card charge for the full reservation amount will be processed at the time of booking.
- Check-in time is 4:00pm. Check-out time is 11:00am.
- A welcome email with check in information (including room door code and information on hotel amenities) will be sent to the email of record the morning of your arrival.
* Please Note: Please call us at (541) 387-3879 for assistance with making a reservation, to inquire about accommodating 1-night stays, group sizes exceeding maximum occupancy of your desired room, or if you would like to be added to a waiting list.
Pets
Absolutely no pets allowed. Guests will incur a minimum fee of $1,000 (plus full reimbursement of cleaning costs, lost revenue, and damages) for bringing a pet during their stay.
Children
Please note that we are unable to accommodate guests under 18 years of age.
Housekeeping
Thistledown on Oak does not provide housekeeping or stayover service during guest stays. However, if you need absolutely anything, we are a phone call away and can be reached at (541) 387-3879.
*Guests will incur additional charges for any unusual/extraordinary cleaning required as a result of their stay (both indoors and outdoors).
Smoking
No smoking/vaping of any form is allowed inside our condos or on hotel grounds. Guests will incur a minimum fee of $1,000 (plus full reimbursement of cleaning costs, lost revenue, and damages) for smoking indoors during their stay.
Gatherings
Our guests are expected to behave in a manner that is respectful to other guests in our building. No gathering shall be permitted greater than the maximum occupancy of the booked unit.
Damages
Guests will be financially responsible for all damages incurred during their stay including labor and repair and/or replacement costs including transportation, and lost revenue as a result of their action(s). These are antique and one of a kind furnishings, we hope that you will treat our items as if they were your own.
Quiet Hours
Quiet hours will be 10pm to 7am. Failure to comply with these terms will result in a forfeiture of your stay.
