A 19th-century-themed Hotel Penthouse Suite is nested on top of the Historic First National Bank Building located in the center of downtown. This beautiful space is the perfect lodging for families or small groups.
Common Areas: The Penthouse living room is furnished with leather Chesterfield couches, chairs, a lounge, and 65" frame TV. Wi-Fi with various streaming services available for login. The dining room flows into a 5-seat kitchen island bar. The large chef's kitchen includes a gas range, oven, dishwasher, microwave, panel refrigerator and freezer, and Nespresso with milk steamer. There is also a small-load laundry room next to the kitchen.
Through the dining room, find the main entrance up to the rooftop seating area, outdoor covered BBQ, and small fridge, overlooking Oak Street, downtown, and the Columbia River.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms: The master bedroom holds a massive 19th-century Victorian bedroom set (queen-size adjustable Tempur-Pedic mattress), intricate 18th-century carved marble gas fireplace, 55" frame TV, small closet, and grand private master bathroom with an enclosed toilet area, clawfoot double slipper tub, Victorian vanity, double shower, toiletry essentials, and heated marble floor. From the master bedroom there is another access up to the rooftop deck, sitting area, and lighted hot tub, surrounded by panoramic mountain views, the Hood River, and the Columbia River.
The main-level bathroom with a round shower is shared with the adjacent sleeping loft and the guest bedroom. The sleeping loft has a sleigh daybed and TV, while the guest bedroom (full-size adjustable Tempur-Pedic mattress) includes a French marble gas fireplace, armoire, 55" frame TV.
